WHEN ARE MY TAXES DUE?

Residential properties are due on May 15th and October 15th. Agricultural Properties are due May 15th and November 15th. Manufactured Homes are due August 31st and November 15th. To view current amounts due and due dates, please use our tax search.


Tax payments must be postmarked by the due date to be considered on-time. Late payments, that are postmarked after the due date, are subject to a penalty as shown on the back of the property tax statement.


No, you may mail a check without the payment stub. Please write the parcel number on the check to ensure that the payment is applied in a timely manner.


No. Any payment made on delinquent tax years must be applied to the most recent year first. However, you can choose whether you want to apply a payment to the current year taxes or delinquent taxes (any year with taxes owing prior to the current year). **Please note that for manufactured homes, the opposite is true: the oldest delinquent tax year must be paid first. The payer may, however, designate a payment to be applied to the current year or delinquent years.
